Bill the Extra Guy

Bill the Extra Guy is a character from the Neglected Characters fan comic (www.smbhq.com/nc) made by Jay Resop. I've always drawn Bill this way when I was drawing him back at my fan art section there... before I had things like a scanner and a tablet.

This is Bill the Extra Guy, a pidget. He's blue only because they changed him to blue in the remake on the SNES. I'm sorry, but a purple pidget? No. He's blue or black. Either or, can't be both.
